Specifically built for Big Game, Saltwater, Salmon and Steelhead the Graywolf Big Game XL fly rod is designed for easy casting no matter if you are a novice or an experienced caster. Dark Mahogany graphite blank fitted with a double up locking hard anodized aluminum reel seat, full wells cork grip, your choice of 2", 3", 4" or 4.5" fighting butt. Every rod in this series is handcrafted in Michigan giving us total control over the quality of this series.

The crisp fast and medium fast actions provide accurate long or short range casting. The strength and durability of the series provides superb fighting abilities. With input from several Salmon and Steelhead guides, you will be pleased with this fly rod design. The guides we spoke with and that tested this series of rods were looking for a rod that would combine easy casting, strength, but most of all would work for the novice or new anglers that book guided trips with them.
